Stephen currently specializes in comprehensive national and regional tenant representation with a focus in retail leasing, sales, and market analytics. Stephen’s full service retail brokerage team provides tenant and landlord representation consultation services including expert market and trade area analysis, competitor analysis, lease negotiation services, implementation of roll out strategies, and overall market expertise.
He has an extensive background in sourcing and acquisition to construction/renovation, lease-up, asset management and disposition stages of opportunity-driven real estate equity investments utilizing institutional, private investor and private REIT vehicles.
Prior to Atlas, Stephen held positions as broker and director of acquisitions for a private real estate investment group with a focus on income producing commercial and multi-family investments as well as portfolio management. With an accomplished track record representing clients in the execution of their real estate initiatives, he actively participates in the entire real estate process including coordinating the overall strategy based on the individual needs of his clients.
